Brief

Manage all technical production aspects of the event, including, plenary and breakout sessions, theme dinners and corporate branding throughout the centre.

Plenary Sessions

The plenary sessions utilised the full arena, with a 35m wide set and stage incorporating ramps to facilitate easy and safe access for the large numbers of consultants being recognised on stage.  The technical set-up included three large screens, projection, HD cameras and high-end vision switching equipment to allow complete control over all screens and data fold-back systems.  A large audio array system was installed to support the presenters as well as the many performers used throughout the three-day event. Corporate Theatre was responsible for the design of all set and stage structures and supplied all the technical staff to operate the equipment throughout the event.

Dinners

There were three main event dinners, including a ‘Presidents Dinner’ for 250 senior consultants, the ‘Chairman’s Dinner’ for 150 special guests and the Award Dinner for 1,500 consultants in the exhibition halls.  All events were fully themed and supported with lighting, sound and vision.

Breakout Sessions

Breakout sessions were available on two days and were designed to accommodate all consultants, exhausting all available space within the venue.  All sessions required technical support with projection, audio and lighting.

Partners’ Session

The Partners’ Session was designed to keep the largely male-dominated audience entertained while their consultant partners were experiencing the new product launches in the arena.  A section of the exhibition area was converted into a Casino with 10 gaming tables, croupiers and supporting entertainment.

Exhibition Area

The exhibition area was used to create ‘Nutri-Village’ which contained three mini product stages, beauty stations for product sampling, incentive and promotional displays and general corporate branding.  The ‘Great Wall Café’ was also in this area and themed to match an important destination incentive for 2011.

Display Systems and Signage

Corporate Theatre supplied numerous display systems and branding in the event and foyer areas of the venue.  This included a 15m x 4m logo sign, 10 banner towers with 4m x 1m banners on all four sides, over 100m of our own display modules, hanging banners and retractable banner stands.
