All the way in South America we managed the technical production for this conference in Las Americas in Cartagena.
Working directly with the US Corporate team and in conjunction with our partners in Singapore we produced the first Asia Conference for 1000 delegates at Sentosa Resort World Singapore. With a custom built blend screen, full AV and 3 x IMAG cameras. 6 language translation booths, Expo and store this event was a complete success and with visiting guest speakers from Australia commenting, "That was most seamless event we have ever attended." We took our core team from Australia and connected with our preferred AV supplier for all of South East Asia with whom we have been producing events is the Asia Pacific region for over 10 years. The result was exceptional.
Corporate Theatre was responsible for all technical and staging elements of this years Partylite event held at Brisbane Convention Centre. Including plenary sessions, gala and party nights, Corporate Theatre flawlessly created the atmosphere and creative space for Partylite to showcase their Candles, Accessories and recognition to their valued associates.
Following the success of the Gold Coast Event, Corporate Theatre key staff were flown to las Vegas to replicate the process and success with a US based crew. Luke Hall managed the backstage processes while Jared Jacobsen managed the live editing of all speaker content to ensure the show was quickly available online for resale. Conor Adamson-Mullan after demonstrating his filming prowess for event highlights on the Gold Coast was a last minute addition to the trip to ensure a consistent and valuable result to the Amplified organisation.
Amplified Living held a 5 day motivational and training conference teaching the principles of Leadership. This event was technically designed and produced by Corporate Theatre. Not only did manage the theming and technical production, the video recordings were intercut with the powerpoint and videos and uploaded for customers the same day.
